Register a PayPal account in PayPal official website
  1. Visit PayPal Offical Website* 

    *If you are in Hong Kong, please visit  "PayPal Hong Kong"  for registration, so that you can withdraw money in banks of Hong Kong

    *If you are not living in Hong Kong, you should visit your local PayPal website for registration, so  that you can  withdraw money throught in local banks
         
  2. Click "Sign Up"
     
  3. Click "Get started"  ( if you don't have a business registration certificate, select  "Premier" account)
     
  4. After registration, please check the verification email sent by PayPal. Your MUST follow the email instruction to activate your Paypal account before using it.
